Cookie policy
Last updated: June 2026
On nqn.es and related subdomains we use very few cookies. This page explains what we use and how you can manage them in your browser.
Summary
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cookies that may be set on your device are mainly session cookies for the application panel (app.nqn.es) and aggregated analytics with Plausible Analytics on public marketing pages.
Session cookies (application)
When you sign in to app.nqn.es, Phoenix stores a signed session cookie (e.g. `_nqn_key`) to keep you authenticated securely while you browse. It is strictly necessary for the panel and expires when you log out or after a server-configured inactivity period.
If you choose “remember me”, an additional signed persistent cookie may recognise your device on later visits, without storing your password in plain text.
Plausible Analytics (public site)
On marketing pages (nqn.es) we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-oriented aggregated statistics service. Plausible does not use tracking cookies or build personal profiles; it measures visits anonymously (page views, referrer, broad device type).
Analytics data is processed under Plausible’s policy (plausible.io). We do not share directly identifying information with Plausible nor merge those metrics with your panel account data.
The public traceability page on qr.nqn.es is designed for lookup without login and normally does not require session cookies to display batch information.
How to manage or delete cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you disable session cookies, you will not stay signed in on app.nqn.es. Browser settings have limited effect on Plausible’s aggregated measurement because it does not rely on tracking cookies.
Updates
If we add new cookies or measurement tools, we will update this page. Questions: hola@nqn.es.
