Service scope

NQN provides food traceability tools, product and batch management, label generation and public lookup via QR codes. Available features depend on your plan and organisation configuration.

Registration and accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your organisation.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or publishing false or misleading traceability information. NQN may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud or security risks.

Intellectual property

NQN software, brand and materials belong to NQN or its licensors. Data and content you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as required by the subscribed service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, with reasonable efforts for availability and accuracy. NQN does not guarantee commercial outcomes nor replace each producer’s legal obligations; the client organisation is responsible for the accuracy of information published on its batches.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts that apply under mandatory rules, without prejudice to consumer rights.
